Dumaguetemma.com Tool and Die provides high-precision multiaxis CNC milling and electrical discharge machining for heavy manufacturing molds. Our services achieve micrometric geometric tolerances and high surface fidelity required for heavy-gauge metal stamping, ensuring structural rigidity and prolonged operational lifecycles under severe cyclical press conditions.
All services are performed based on the specifications provided by the client in the purchase order or service agreement. Any deviation from the agreed specifications must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete technical drawings, material specifications, and any relevant quality standards prior to the commencement of work.
The client must ensure that all designs and specifications comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Dumaguetemma.com Tool and Die is not liable for any defects or failures arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data.
Dumaguetemma.com Tool and Die shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered molds, dies, or machined components, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, or downtime costs.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service order is limited to the amount paid by the client for that order. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Dumaguetemma.com Tool and Die, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We warrant that all services will conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Any defects in workmanship or materials must be reported in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Our warranty covers only the cost of rework or replacement of the defective item. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its material obligations and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of receiving notice.
Dumaguetemma.com Tool and Die reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the client engages in fraudulent activity, violates applicable laws, or poses a risk to our operational integrity.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Any proprietary designs or tooling created during the agreement remain the property of Dumaguetemma.com Tool and Die until full payment is received.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using our services and notify us in writing within 30 days.
